VEDIC MEDITATION course
Learning to meditate consists of 4 x 90 MINUTE SESSIONS
You'll learn how to effortlessly enter the meditative state in the first session via personalised instruction.
The following three sessions super refine your practice and by the completion of the course you'll have practical experience combined with a deep theoretical understanding that allows you to practice entirely on your own, anywhere, anytime.
I run regular courses out of my studio in Ocean Shores.
All courses are run as private sessions from my home in Ocean Shores. Private sessions allow me to tailor the course to your specific needs. From experience I have found that this greatly enhances the efficacy of the practice and can open further opportunity for healing.

COURSE STRUCTURE
The training runs over 4 consecutive days with each session lasting approximately 90min. Weekend courses run over 3 days, with sessions doubling up on the Saturday.
It is essential for all 4 days to be completed consecutively, as sequential knowledge is offered each day.
Day one: optional time, (90min)
Day two, three, four: Day Sessions // 9:30am - 11:00am
Evening Sessions // 6:00pm - 7:30pm

The course fee is a one-time payment that covers the 4 part course of personalised instruction.
