A good friend of mine introduced me to Vedic Meditation at a period in my life when I was experiencing mild bouts of depression, anxiety and general lack of enthusiasm and joy for life.
After learning the technique, I immediately felt calmer, centered and solid. I remember the relief in thinking 'this is it!', I had found a way to not only cope with life's daily challenges, but rise above them and enjoy the journey. I began to cultivate a sense of happiness and peace of mind, which continues to grow to this day.
It is a truly life changing technique that I hope to share with everyone.
